Option 1: Lend your bank deposit.
If you could qualify for bank finance with a lend of a deposit I might be able to help with that too. Could lend up to 15% of the purchase price as your deposit. I have a broker who could help as well.
Option 2. Cash Sale - buy the old fashioned way if you prefer... no problem.
If you have struggled to get approved for bank finance but have good income this could be the property for you.
